You will enjoy the most Italian breakfasts here – a perfect cappuccino with a fresh brioche or croissant. And how beautiful the interior is!

I am far from being in love with the Italian or Spanish breakfasts – I prefer to have a choice and to not being mocked at when I ask for scrambled eggs or a porridge. But this is a part of the Italian authenticity, lifestyle which we enjoy so much.

Traditionally only the “Cafe” section is open in the morning, while pizzeria and restaurant, where apart from venison you can also try squab, are open for visitors only around midday, when the oven is lit.
Unfortunately, I am not a food blogger. I do not know how to describe places of gastronomic delight in a “correct” way – I only have my own feelings and emotions activated by my digestive and aesthetic systems (oh yes, the latter also exists as a separate organ!).
The only thing I can tell about SimBIOsi is that my first impression was never changed, even for the second, third and every time. One of the most delicious pizzas in this restaurant is the one with salchicha and truffle. It is a revelation.

I believe the quality of food is the one to blame. All ingredients are unthinkably fresh and natural. No wonder this restaurant is called organic.
Thus, let me share some pictures with you, in hopes that I will be able to express at least a grain of the atmosphere of this gastronomic cradle.
